ERE Property came to me looking to modernise and refresh their brand and increase the visual profile of their branches.

They felt that their previous branding was outdated and not representing their professional approach or the scale of the services that they offer - they needed a more modern, energetic yet refined feel. 

I worked with them to create a new logo mark that combines a simple, bold abstract building shape as a holding device to represent their location in the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Dales. Paired with bold heavy type, a fresh and stimulating gradient and a contemporary colour palette, the overall result balances approachability and premium, and provides a modern, confident look.
